Yes you can. We understand that plans change and we're not going to penalise you for that, we'll give as much flexibility as we can before or even during your trip. Feel free to call the Isango! Edit the product you wish to book on the travel cart and change the number of travelers to get an updated price quote and confirm availability.

I want to increase the number of travelers after booking completion?

If you wish to increase the number of travelers once you have completed the booking, then you should just book the same product again online for the additional passengers subject to availability.

If you wish to reduce the number travelers once you have completed the booking, email us with your booking reference number (support@isango.com) or call our Customer Service team, 24/7. Cancellation charges may apply.

We may call upon the supplier who did beat our price to verify the details of their lower prices. We will refund on the same credit/debit card which was used at the time of original booking.
