The lodge has been constructed using only sustainable materials and was given the 2001 Premier's Award for the Best Eco Experience. Explore the unique bio-diversity of the region on foot or mountain bike before breaking for a forest picnic. On your return to the lodge you can relax by the natural pool and enjoy magical views of the Knysna Lagoon, or bathe in complete privacy in a wood-panelled bathroom overlooking the forest.You can also opt for other activities like walking trails, canoeing, bird watching, deep-sea fishing, paragliding, abseiling, diving, scenic flights and horse-riding.
