Aconcagua Valley Nature Tour |
Journey through paradise as you traverse towering mountains, lush valleys and meandering rivers
| Overview | |
Canvassing a picture of lavish farms with towering mountains, barren rocks scattered amidst lush vegetation, blue skies highlighting the pure white ice, Aconcagua Valley is like a vision of heaven on Earth! As you journey through Chacabuco Cordillera into the Valley, the meandering Rio Aconcagua refreshes you with its glistening water. Skirting many small inhabitations, broken rope bridges and exotic species of flora you reach the road adjacent to the canyon. Here the mightiness of the Andes becomes furthermore evident to you. You will realize that the road continues to shrink as you near Salto del Soldado. Halt at Portillo, Chile’s most famous and exclusive ski resort. Set around the spectacular alpine lake of Laguna del Inca on the Argentine border, Portillo offers some truly wonderful photo opportunities. Enjoy a steaming lunch at the old hotel while admiring the scintillating view of Laguna del Inca.
