Berlin, the capital city of Germany, is a major centre for politics, culture and the sciences. It is home to world-renowned universities, orchestras, museums and historical buildings. The Wintergarten Theatre, Berlin is probably the most beautiful variety theatre in Europe. The interior is decorated with precious wood, brass, dark-red velvet and numerous mirrors. There are glass showcases – probably the largest in Berlin – that decorate the walls. They are used to displaying the treasures of the variety world and provide a wonderful backdrop for the auditorium. Enjoy fine dining whilst watching a performance at the Wintergarten.
