Learn the art of making Tapas, those hugely popular Spanish appetizers, in the heart of Barcelona and discover specialties from different regions of Spain. Tapas are mini meals in themselves and Spaniards usually consume them in-between main meals, to help them till lunch time or dinner time. On this hands-on class learn the basic about preparing and presenting Tapas from an expert chef. Tapas come in a wide variety and encompass both vegetarian and non-vegetarian offerings. You have a choice of only the basic class where you will learn about the essentials of preparing and presenting Tapas, or a combination of the workshop on the making and presenting of Tapas followed by a wine tasting with a wine expert.
