You’ll take an exciting walk through the narrow streets of the Old Town through narrow passageways and courtyards seeing the lesser known places of Stockholm that are commonly missed by visitors. In Stortorget (Main Square), you’ll learn about the Stockholm Blood Bath of 1520, as well as the legend of St. George and the Dragon. Although the Old Town was first built in the 13th century, the buildings that remain today are mostly from the 17th century. Your guide will tell you about the life in these quarters from the 13th century until present day. Stockholm is a city built upon the past.
