Book your transfer between Bangkok Suvarnabhumi International Airport and Bangkok City Hotels here. This transfer service operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This service must be pre-booked at least 72 hours prior to arrival. In case you wish to book the transfer within 72 hours of your travel date don’t worry just call our customer service and they will be happy to assist you with the booking. Note : When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight and hotel details. We will not be able to confirm the transfer without the flight and hotel information. Please note that it is not possible to request pick up at a private residence. Instructions upon Arrival at the Airport: You will be met by a representative who will be waiting for you outside the exit to gate 6 with a sign board of your name. From there you will be escorted to your vehicle. In case you have trouble locating the representative at the airport please call the local isango! partners number provided in the voucher. Instructions for departure to the Airport: Please call local isango! partner at least 48 hours prior to the travel date to reconfirm the pickup time from your hotel lobby to the airport, so that you don’t spend extra time waiting for the driver at the hotel.
