Set out on an excursion to the Iguassu Falls in Parana and see the spectacular vista of over 240 thundering waterfalls and a diversity of flora and fauna. Nature and wildlife are the focus of this tour as you take the trail past orchids, palm trees, bromeliads and a fascinating variety of animals and birds, to come upon a panoramic view of the Falls. Situated on the border of Brazil and Argentina, the 275 Iguassu Falls plunge over a precipice more than a mile and a half wide with an average drop of 300 feet to the Iguazu River below. The Iguassu National Park along with its “sister” park in Argentina form the most significant remaining rainforest in the southern cone of South America which along with the waterfalls have been declared a National Heritage Site by UNESCO. Board a glass elevator to the top of Floriano Falls and on to the mist-shrouded Puerto Canoas, with the roar of the waterfalls in your ears. Access paths and walkways allow you to stroll along the Falls and appreciate their beauty. Take this tour and be mesmerized by the might of Nature!
