Get an aerial view of the natural wonders in Namibia as you fly over the Gamsberg Mountains and the sand dunes of Sossusvlei on this flight tour. Set off from Eros airport in Namibia’s capital city of Windhoek and fly towards the 2,347 metre high Gamsberg Mountains. As you fly closer, you’ll see the unique 2.3 kilometre plateau of the mountain. The tour continues over Sossusvlei, which has the world’s oldest and highest dunes, some of which go up to a towering height of 1000 feet! Lying in the heart of the Namib Desert and surrounded by sand dunes, Sossusvlei will hold you riveted as you watch the red hues of its dunes. Fly low over the dunes and you’ll see the 500 year old skeletons of acacia trees at Dead Vlei. As you turn back for Eros airport, you’ll be left with stunning images of the natural wonders in Namibia.
