Several old locomotives can be seen in Pulacayo including the ore train that was robbed by Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid! A blinding white expanse of salt will greet you at the saltpans of Salar de Uyuni. Once covered by water, these 12,000 square kilometers of salt land sometimes reflect the sky, making you feel as though you are driving across clouds!
