Note : When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and hotel details. We will not be able to confirm the transfer without the flight and hotel information.

Please note that it is not possible to request pick up at a private residence.

Instructions upon Arrival at the Airport :Upon arrival at the Melbourne International Airport, you will be met your English-speaking chauffeur at the Arrivals hall after you have cleared customs. He will be holding a pager board with your name on it. If you do not see your representative please phone the isango! activity operator (contact details mentioned in the confirmed voucher) or ask the staff for assistance.

Instructions for departure to the Airport :Please call isango! activity operator at least 48 hours prior to the travel date to reconfirm the pickup time from your hotel to the airport, so that you don’t spend extra time waiting for the driver at the hotel and have enough time to plan your last day in the city. We recommend that you allow yourself at least 2 1/2 hours before flight departure time for check in.
