Bincho Yakitori offers a unique dining experience that draws upon traditional Japanese cooking methods. Different selections of meat and vegetables are grilled on skewers over bincho-tan charcoal and then covered with delicious yakitori sauce-a treat that is not to be missed. The restaurant is artfully decorated in the style of a traditional izakaya, or Japanese grill house. Counters line Bincho Yakitori and diners can do some incredible people-watching from the counters placed in the window front. Below is a sample menu for Bincho Yakitori.
