Set out on an exciting trekking excursion from Santiago to the majestic Pintor Hill. A wonderful scenic drive through the Farellones Valley will take you atop the stark white La Parva’s winter resort from where your trekking trail begins. The ice covered Farellones opens up a splendid panorama of Casa Farellones and La Parva. A spectacular view of the Franciscanos Lagoon in the placid yet cold ambiance sends a chill up your spine! Being the base for your trek up to the summit of Pintor Hill, it prepares you for the tough climatic conditions awaiting you on top of the hill. Slowly yet steadily you scamper up the hill to behold the spectacular vistas of the Central Andes, including its highest mountain, Mount Plomo.
