Named after the first Malaysian Prime Minister, Tunku Abdul Rahman Putra, it is just about 25 kilometres from the Kuala Lumpur City Centre. This official seat of the Malaysian Prime Minister, Putrajaya is also one of the major tourist attractions of Malaysia. Putrajaya is a fully-integrated and self-contained city boasting the latest communication, transportation and infrastructure facilities. It is a fitting symbol of the rapid growth and development in Malaysia.
