Gödöllő Palace and Ranch Tour |
See the Royal Apartments of Gödöllő Palace and enjoy a carriage ride in Pustza
| Overview | |
Enjoy this historical tour to Gödöllo, a small town located to the east of Budapest. The town is famous for the palace, the former summer residence of Emperor Franz Josef and Queen Elizabeth, which is also one of the finest examples of Hungarian Baroque architecture. Stroll through the palace and see the rooms, including the Royal Apartments. Later visit a famous ranch and enjoy a carriage ride through the puszta, which is a grassy kind of semi-desert. It was originally inhabited by cowherds, shepherds and horseherds.
