An experience of complete euphoria in the hills, this horseback excursion takes you to some stunning glaciers, wooded valleys and Yerba Loca stream. Gallop through the Yerba Loca National Park, an unspoilt sanctuary of diverse flora and colorful birdlife. As you ride along its gently contouring trail, a magnificent vista of the Andes will open up before you. Pause for a picnic meal along the meandering stream, and observe silently a variety of birds by the water. The climb to the Chorrillos del Plomo will leave you breathless. From here the serene Paloma Glacier is just a hike away. With the temperature reducing notch by notch, the spectacular snow-covered peak of Mount Altar will appear closer to you. Being the perfect location, you can also practice trail and river-crossing techniques under the guidance of your trained guide.
