Albi, situated about 50 miles northeast of Toulouse, is one of the best preserved historic sites of France. It is also one of the three ‘Pink Cities’ in the Midi-Pyrenees, so called because of its distinctive red brick buildings in the historical city centre.

The Sainte Cécile Cathedral is among the most majestic of its monuments. This building is a masterpiece of the Southern Gothic style and was built after the Albigeois crusade.

Cordes sur Ciel is one of the most spectacular fortified villages of the region, retaining its Gothic architecture. End your tour in Gaillac with a unique wine tasting experience.
