Spread across 2 million hectares and stretching over 350 kilometres from north to south, the park has 2000 species of plants, 517 species of birds, and over 147 species of mammals. Kruger Park is home to the Big Five (lions, leopards, elephants, rhinos, buffaloes) and other animals like hippos, antelopes, zebras, giraffes. Experience the African jungle in all its forms as the day changes its contours. The silence of the morning as the Big Cats sleep, the chattering birds or the trumpets of a herd of elephants that punctuate the afternoon and finally, see the jungle to stir to life once more as the sun slowly subsides.
