A coastal park lying on Tasmania’s eastern coast, Freycinet will hold you riveted with its 300 metre high pink granite cliffs, called the ‘Hazards’. One of the oldest and most scenic national parks in Australia, this park is home to black cockatoos, wattlebirds and honeyeaters. An experienced guide will give you a paddling demonstration and safety equipment for a completely safe sea kayaking experience. As the first rays of the sun touch the sky, set off in your kayak and explore secluded coves and white sand beaches set against the backdrop of rocky cliffs. As you silently paddle around the coastline, keep your eyes peeled for royal sea eagles and Freycinet’s wildlife. Visit Honeymoon Bay and the Fisheries and revel in the sense of freedom as you paddle your way from cove to cove.
