A Kantoke dinner is probably the best way to get to know the custom, traditions, the Northern food and culture of Thailand at the same time. At the dinner plus cultural evening, visitors are seated in the floor around a circular tray with Northern Thai dishes on it. They eat while watching traditional Thai and Northern dances and hill tribe culture shows. Because the food is shared, there is a sense of intimacy with your fellow diners. This feeling combines with the sights and sounds of the dances and music along with the aromas and tastes to stays with you long after you return to your home.
