Kovalam: Luxury Beach Holiday in Kerala (Stay at Hotel Leela) |
Relax on Kovalam’s beaches and enjoy the luxury of the Leela hotel on this tour
| Overview | |
Kovalam is famous across the world for its golden beaches and palm-fringed shores. Many call it the ‘Paradise of the East’. Relax on the beaches of Kovalam and watch the mesmerizing scenic beauty of coconut trees swaying in the wind and the azure blue waters lapping against the shore. Kovalam has three big adjacent crescent beaches. The southernmost, known as the Lighthouse Beach, is the most popular of the three and is frequented by tourists. The other two beaches are Hawah beach and Samudra beach. Hawah beach has the distinction of being India’s first topless beach. Although not allowed anymore except in private coves owned by resorts, it is nonetheless, a great attraction. Kovalam is famous for its scenic beauty and range of water sports. Any visitor to India would not want to miss this opportunity to visit Kovalam.
