Red Centre Dreaming Show and Dinner |
The Red Centre Dreaming Show brings to life Aborginal art and culture
| Overview | |
You can never really know Australia unless you know its aborigines. Here is an opportunity to learn more about Australia’s Outback and aborigines as you tour the region which is popularly known as the 'Red Centre' because of the colour of the soil. At the Heavitree Gap Outback Lodge, see a lively visual presentation on the cultural history of the aborigines and enjoy a delicious dinner. The white-striped performers will entertain you with one of the liveliest dances you’ve ever seen matched by equally lively beats of traditional music. Their semi-clad bodies painted white paint are an interesting sight. Didgeridoo, the traditional wind instrument of the natives will sooth your senses with its soft vibrating hum. This unusual instrument is made entirely of bamboo and is about five feet long. This is one tour anyone visiting Australia would not want to miss.
