Chef Giovanni offers a special way to enjoy cooking and learning the nuances of authentic Tuscan cuisine.

Local products are used such as seasonal ingredients, extra virgin olive oil, fresh herbs and products, all of which are available in the local market. If you wish, you may start your experience while shopping along with him, picking up the products you will use yourselves later. Be involved ‘hands-on in the preparation of the recipes. The full menu includes antipasto, pasta, main dish and side dish, and of course, a dessert.

Afterwards sit down at the table to enjoy the fruits of your labor. Wines will beappropriately chosen to accompany the meal.
