Charging the stratosphere with its thick greenery, the Cochamo circuit is venerated for its isolated exquisiteness. A trekking excursion along the bounteous Cochamo brook through the fragrant Valdivian rainforest is a great way to be one with nature. The woods are popular for its incredible variety of flora and fauna. Cross over to another realm of beauty, into the Valle Cochama renowned for its elevated Yosemite-like granite domes that shoot out of a carpet of tree tops. Vidal Gormaz Lake meanders between snow-capped mountains on either sides leading you to a trail swallowed by a rainforest covered with ferns and mosses. The Palena River scampers along a semi-arid but well forested terrain leading you to the El Toro Bridge that interconnects the upper and lower sections of the Tigre river. Feel the tender touch of free flowing stones and soft silt on dipping your feet in its cold water. Spend the nights in tents and be a part of this experience of lifetime in Chile!
