Set out on a mini rhapsody trek from Hungarian capital, Budapest onto the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Plitvice Lake National Park. Along the way, enjoy a refreshing dip in the serene waters of Lake Balaton. Gain deep insight into Balkan war fought in the early 90s at the Balkan open-air war museum. Enter into the pristine wilderness of Croatia’s Plitvice National Park just in time for a sumptuous barbeque dinner. Spend the night at bungalow amidst lush wilderness of the park and hear night noises before falling off to sleep. Wake up to a stunning scenery through your window and clean fresh air. Trek inside the park keeping an eye out for its local flora and fauna. Marvel at its lakes, some running off the mountains and cascading from an altitude of 500 meters. You will notice that the lakes have distinctive striking colors, ranging from moss green to turquoise blue and azure.
