Book your transfer between Brisbane International Airport and your City Hotels in Brisbane. This transfer service operates 7 days a week, 365 days a year. This service must be pre-booked at least 48 hours prior to arrival. In case you wish to book the transfer within 48 hours of your travel date don’t worry just call our customer service and they will be happy to assist you with the booking. One-way transfer in either direction is available round the clock. Note : When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight details and your hotel details. We will not be able to confirm the transfer without the flight and hotel information. Instructions upon Arrival at the Airport: On arrival at the airport, proceed to the Coachtrans desk located at the Qantas Baggage Carousels after collecting your luggage. A representative will greet you at the Coachtrans desk inside the airport, and will direct you to the waiting coach. You will be dropped at your hotel in Central Business District (CBD). Instructions for Departure to the Airport: When ready to depart Brisbane, you will be picked up from your Central Business District (CBD) hotel in an air-conditioned coach and taken to the Brisbane International airport to catch your return flight.
