Set off on an enjoyable bike tour along a 14th century river bank and sample Venetian delicacies
| Overview | |
Take a bike tour from Venice to Treviso through the natural park of the Sile River which joins the ancient towns of Treviso and Venice. Ride along the ancient 14th century river banks where oxen and horses used to carry boats with a rope. These boats came from the Adriatic Sea and were full of all kind of goods. A guide will accompany you for this easy and relaxing ride which will take in the abundant beautiful scenery all around the Sile Valley. You will stop to sample some local food and wines before reaching the historic centre of the medieval town of Treviso, also called the Garden of Venice.
