Experience Bangkok’s exciting night life at the Calypso Cabaret Show at the Asia Hotel in Bangkok. This spectacular show is performed by katoeys (transvestites) and all of them are extremely beautiful! Enjoy an evening of laughter, lights and lots of beautiful ‘women’. With a capacity of 350 visitors the Calypso Cabaret is one of the biggest in Thailand. Each night more than 50 performers will amaze you with around 15 shows. The show opens with a dance performed by katoeys with beautiful long legs wearing bright feather costumes. Other shows include Fantasy of Thailand, Geisha, Arirang, All that Jazz, Gypsies and Like the Flower etc. The highlight of the show is Stars of Calypso. It is a hilarious spoof of Michael Jackson, Marylin Monroe, and Tina Turner dancing. No visit to Bangkok can be complete without a glimpse into the exciting night life of the city. The glitzy and colourful Calypso Cabaret Show is an experience like no other!
