Set out on an excursion of Navigli, a river-area in the south of Milan and enjoy a cruise on the canals. Take in the vibrant aura of Navigli with typical ‘case di ringhiera’ houses and antique shops, hundreds of cafes, bars and restaurants invading the banks of the river in the evenings and weekends (especially from April to September with their open-air tables).

Pick up silver trinkets, pottery, books and interesting period clothes from the antique market of Porta Ticinese. Appreciate the Romanesque architecture of San Lorenzo church and get a glimpse into the history of Italy.
