This service must be pre-booked at least 24 hours prior to arrival. In case you wish to book the transfer within 24 hours of your travel date don’t worry just call our customer service and they will be happy to assist you with the booking.

Note : When making a booking, you will need to advise your flight and hotel details. We will not be able to confirm the transfer without the flight and hotel information.

Please note that it is not possible to request pick up at a private residence.

Instructions upon Arrival at the Airport: After exiting the baggage claim area, please proceed to the Southern California Gray Line ticket booth located in the Ground Transportation area, across the street from baggage claim. The Disneyland Resort Express picks up in front of the ticket booth located to the left. In case you have trouble locating the driver, please contact the local isango! partner for assistance

Instructions for departure to the Airport: Please call the local isango! partner at least 48 hrs before your departure to reserve your transfer to the airport.
