Nestled in the coast of Southern Sicily, the towns of Agrigento and Selinute offer an architectural and archeological experience that is one of a kind. Truly reflecting the Greek culture of Sicily, these two cities host some of the finest Hellenic buildings outside of Greece. Your tour will begin at the Valle dei Templi. A pleasing misnomer, this area is not a valley, but instead a sprawling crest boasting six matchless Greek temples. In nearby Selinunte, you will find similar Doric architecture, but situated around an ancient acropolis.
