Begin your journey into the wilderness from the Seal Bay Conservation Park to see Australian sea-lions with a visit to Little Sahara. Traverse the rural areas of the middle of the Island via the Parndana Wildlife Park. Here you can view some rare and unusual native animals, an amazing range of birds like Black Cockatoos, parrots, hawks, eagles, owls, kookaburras and curlews along with doves and quails. At the mouth of Middle River, the spectacular Snellings Beach is just perfect for swimming and surf-fishing. Walk through the drooping she-oaks of Lathami National Park and observe kangaroos, wallabies and the rare Glossy Black Cockatoo. The next day visit the Flinders Chase National Park and explore its rich array of wildlife. Tour Admirals Arch and the awe-inspiring ‘Remarkable Rocks’ sliding deep into the aquamarine waters, via the majestic coastline of Cape du Couedic.
