Escape the hustle-bustle of city life on this relaxing overnight cruise that takes you deep inside one of the most spectacular regions in New Zealand - Doubtful Sound. Doubtful Sound, located in the World Heritage area of Fjordland, is an overwhelming place. Feel the awesome power of Nature here - the remoteness, the wilderness and the peace. Doubtful Sound is also the second largest of the 14 fjords in Fjordland National Park and is three times longer and 10 times larger than Milford Sound. Towering peaks, several outstanding waterfalls and fiords clad with ancient vegetation create a powerful atmosphere of solitude and serenity. Keep a look out for wildlife as bottlenose dolphins frequently come alongside the vessel, fur seals bask on the rocks around the fiord and rare penguins can at times be observed.
