For your exciting Phang Nga Sea Cave Canoe Tour From Phuket you will be picked up from your hotel in an air-conditioned minivan at between 0730h (07:30am) to 0800h (08:00am).
At Ao Por Pier you will join your cruise boat and will be taken out onto the crystal clear waters of stunning Phang Nga Bay.
Phang Nga Bay is famous for its wildlife and natural beauty – towering limestone cliffs, caves, coral reefs and mangrove swamps. The most famous of the islands in the bay is the so-called “James Bond Island”, a dramatic needle-shaped limestone rock, which featured in the movie “The Man with The Golden Gun”.
The numerous islands in the Bay contain hidden caves and inland lagoons known as "hongs" (rooms), only accessible at certain time of the day when the tide is right. You will board an inflatable sea canoe (kayak) and explore the labyrinth of caverns and hongs with an expert guide.
Following your leader, you will paddle through caverns and tunnels dripping with stalactites caused by calcite dripping over many thousands of years. The dark passages and the silence create an atmosphere of anticipation and excitement.
Return to the cruiser for a Thai-style buffet lunch on board before heading to the scenic island of Koh Lawa with its sun-kissed beaches of white sand. Swim, sun-bathe and enjoy this tropical paradise.
Travel back by cruiser to the Ao Po pier in Phuket. At the end of the all-day tour, you will be dropped back at your hotel.
