Your Madrid Travel Pass is available in two options: Madrid Travel Pass Zone A and Madrid Travel Pass Zone T. Each of these options is available with 2, 3, 5, or 7 day validity, according to your choice.
Madrid Travel Pass Zone A
This handy pass gives you unlimited use of all public transport services in Madrid region, within your chosen validity period. It includes:
• All Metro lines within the zone
• All EMT routes of buses
• All RENFE Suburban Train stations within the zone and ML1
You will also receive a Map of Madrid showing bus routes, the underground and train network, plus places of interest, available in Spanish and English.
To obtain your travel pass you can exchange your isango voucher at either of the two locations below:
• Madrid Tourism Centre: Plaza Mayor, 27. Open daily from 0930h (09:30am) to 2000h (08:30pm)
• Madrid-Barajas Airport: Metro Madrid Customer Service Desk (Terminal 2, ‘Arrivals’ entrance of the Metro Barajas Station). Open daily from 0700h (07:00am) to 2200h (10:00pm)
• Travel Reina - Madrid: Puerta de Atocha station: Glorieta de Carlos V Atocha Renfe (L1) AVE Arrivals Hall, Ground Floor. Open daily from 0830h (08:30am) to 1630h (04:30pm)
The Pass is activated the first time it is used on a Metro or bus service, not when it is purchased, and the expiry date is printed onto the back. Once activated, the card can be used for the number of consecutive days that have been purchased (eg 2, 3, 5, 7). The pass will be valid on nocturnal services until 0500h (05:00am) of the day following the expiry date.
Your Madrid Travel Pass Zone A includes all routes within the designated Zone A area and roughly covers the area within the municipal boundaries.
Madrid Travel Pass Zone T
This is the same as the travel pass described above except that it includes the whole public transport network both within the city and surrounding areas.
Again, you have the choice of 2, 3, 5, or 7 day validity.
