Barcelona is renowned for its Tapas and sampling some is a must-do when in Barcelona! A bike tour is a wonderful way to do your Barcelona sightseeing; you will cover more ground than with a walking tour, get some exercise and be totally eco-friendly!

The itinerary and the pace are totally up to you. You will get 4 hours bike hire and a list of 3 fine Barcelona Tapas restaurants which are waiting to welcome you. In which order you visit them or what you decide to see is for you to decide.

Itinerary

Your Barcelona Sightseeing is totally independent and can be done at a time to suit you. Make your way to Esparteria nº3 in Barcelona to pick up your bikes which are at your disposal for 4 hours.

Explore Barcelona at your own pace; the following three restaurants are waiting to welcome you and provide you with some tapas and a refreshing drink.

• Costa Gallega.
Address: Passeo de Gracia, 71; open everyday from 0900h (9am) - 2300h (11pm). This quiet restaurant has an exclusive menu which brings together the most well-known and sophisticated dishes of Cantabrian cuisine.

• El Chipiron.
Address: Maremagnum – Port Vell; open everyday from 0900h (9am) – 2300h (11pm). This restaurant has large terraces offering spectacular views of the city of Barcelona. You can enjoy cod fritters, spicy potatoes and a glass of wine.

• Marina Moncho’s.
Address: Calle de la Marina 19-21;open everyday from 1300h (1pm) to 2300h (11pm). It is a great place to sample seafood and fried food tapas.

As you tour Barcelona keep your eye out for some of the cities wonderful sites. Passeo de Gracia where you will find Costa Callega is a wonderful blend of modernist architecture including works by Gaudi. Meanwhile both El Chipiron and Marina Moncho’s are located near Barcelona’s lively oceanfront.

After 4 hours return your bikes to Esparteria nº3 where the tour ends.
