Yes you can. We understand that plans change and we're not going to penalise you for that, we'll give as much flexibility as we can before or even during your trip. Feel free to call the Isango! Customer Support line before you travel. If you need any last minute changes once you're there, just call your tour operator - we'll provide you with that number too. All changes are subject to availability.

Yes you can. But there may well be a charge for doing so. This charge will vary depending on the hotel and how far in advance you have booked your trip. For any queries around this please call our customer service team.

Edit the product you wish to book on the travel cart and change the number of travelers to get an updated price quote and confirm availability.

I want to increase the number of travelers after booking completion?

If you wish to increase the number of travelers once you have completed the booking, then you should just book the same product again online for the additional passengers subject to availability.

We are not infallible though, and in cases where you find the same product cheaper on any other website within 24 hours of booking with us, we will refund the difference or cancel your reservation without penalty

All you need to do is to send us the proof of the lower price by email to pricewatch@isango.com or post it to any of isango! contact addresses that can be found the Contact Us section.

We may call upon the supplier who did beat our price to verify the details of their lower prices. We will refund on the same credit/debit card which was used at the time of original booking.
