Overview
Established in 1951, the Shanghai Acrobatic Troupe promises an evening to remember as its members take the spectators on a roller-coaster ride of dare devilry at its best. Enjoy gravity-defying contortionism, juggling, unicycling, chair-stacking, and plate-spinning acts on this show.
Round off a memorable evening with a drive past some of the brilliantly-lit landmarks of Shanghai.
Itinerary
You will be picked up from your hotel and taken in an air-conditioned coach or minivan for an acrobatic show, followed by an evening tour of Shanghai. An English-speaking tour guide will accompany you on this tour.
Your evening begins by attending an astounding performance by the Shanghai Acrobatics School and Troupe. This evening’s Acrobatic Show features a mixture of acrobatics, gymnastics, magic acts, juggling and clowns. See the skillful performers effortlessly juggle hula loops, or watch a clown dodging carving knives! Umbrella handling is foot dexterity at its best where the acrobat opens umbrellas with her feet and spins them on her toes.
After the show, you will travel by luxury coach to catch a view of Shanghai at night. Your evening tour includes Peoples Square, city lights along the Bund, and the French Concession District.
The final stop is Xin Tian Di, a chic restaurant, pub and boutique area. Here you can spend time on your own or continue back to your hotel with the group.
