The Grand Canyon is one of the seven natural wonders of the world, stretching for 277 miles, reaching a depth of nearly a mile, and showcasing some 2 billion years of geological history.
You’ll also take a beautiful drive through Oak Creek Canyon, one of the top 10 scenic drives in America, and wind through the pine forests of Flagstaff.
Pass by a spectacular volcanic mountain range and stop by the Navajo Indian Reservation to look for keepsakes at a historic trading post.
4x4 Grand Canyon Tour:
There is no hotel pick-up. Please make your way to 204 N Highway 89A. You will be accompanied by a knowledgeable English-speaking guide whose stories are as colorful as the surroundings.
Climb aboard your rugged, all-terrain tour trekker, custom-built to be the ultimate tour vehicle. Your 4x4 is equipped with extra large windows for unparalleled viewing, plush leather captain chairs, and a flat-screen DVD player.
Your tour begins with a beautiful drive through Oak Creek Canyon, a spectacular river gorge embellished by forests of pine and juniper.
Travel through the hushed Ponderosa Pine Forests of Flagstaff, and see the San Francisco Peaks, a volcanic mountain range that includes Arizona’s highest point, Humphreys Peak.
Continue on to the incomparable Grand Canyon, one of the seven natural wonders of the world.
This sculpture garden of stone gives off brown, yellow, and red hues that are amplified by a striking blue sky and wayward tufts of clouds. The landscape is otherworldly, like the surface of some distant planet waiting to be discovered.
Have lunch, guide will guide you to the location of the lunch Grand Canyon Village.
After lunch, your SUV skirts the south rim of the canyon, affording spectacular panoramas and great photo opportunities.
Exit the canyon on the east for a majestic view of the Colorado River.
On the return trip, stop at the famous Cameron Trading Post and shop for beautiful Native American jewelry and crafts against the backdrop of the Painted Desert.

For safety reasons, no food and glass containers are allowed on tour
For seating comfort any passenger weighing 250 lbs or who are 6'4" or taller will not be allowed on the tour
Children under 5 years of age require a car seat (required by law)
Children must be accompanied by an adult and minimum child age required is 3 years
Minimum 2 passengers required
Not recommended for pregnant women and persons with back or neck injuries
