At Piazza dei Cinquecento, facing the main entrance of the Termini train station, the meeting point is located on the far left just outside the entrance.

Arriving by metro (all lines): Get off at the "Termini" stop and take one of the exits leading you outside the station. Once outside, reach the Piazza dei Cinquecento, the large square in front of the station. Once in the square, facing the station's main entrance, the meeting point is located on the far left hand side of the entrance.
Arriving by taxi: Ask the taxi driver to take you to the main entrance of the Termini train station in Piazza dei Cinquecento. When facing the main entrance of the Termini station, the meeting point is on the left side of the entrance.
Arriving by bus: Termini train station is an important transport hub in Rome and there are many bus lines that stop there. Once you get off the bus at Termini station stop, when facing the main entrance of the station, the meeting point is on the far left just outside the entrance.

Also, avoid waiting in the long queues with skip-the-line access to Pompeii excavation site. An English speaking guide will be available to share all kinds of information about Pompeii and Sorrento. You will also receive a headset so that you can always hear your guide.
Pompeii was buried under lava and ash from Mount Vesuvius in 79 AD and laid forgotten for hundreds of years. Your next destination will be Sorrento, a small city in Campania, featuring beautiful architecture, cafes, restaurants and shops. The many viewpoints in the city allow you a glimpse of Naples and Vesuvius. Enjoy a delicious Limoncello (Southern Italy’s renowned liquor) tasting and also learn about the city’s history and receive insider tips and precious suggestions so that you can experience the best the town has to offer during your free time!
Your Pompeii and Sorrento tour will begin at Termini Station, where a representative from our local operator will provide you with train tickets and take care of all seating arrangements. Throughout your one-hour trip to Naples, you will see Italy’s spectacular scenery from the comfort of the air-conditioned, high-speed train.
After a short private coach transfer you will reach the world-famous ruins, Pompeii, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which is considered to be one of the most fascinating archeological sites in the world. You will be introduced to your official English-speaking guide and receive an audio headset, so that you hear all the information provided by the guide, loud and clear.
Walk along the ancient streets of Pompeii representing the lives of the Romans. The remains and ruins of this ancient city depict the everyday life in the Imperial Age. Imagine the panic felt by the people before the city was disastrously buried. You will also have the opportunity of visiting Domus, homes of the ancient city’s most influential people; decorated with frescoes of animals, powerful Gods and lush landscapes.
While continuing your way to Sorrento, you will reach the Bay of Naples. Enjoy the sparkling blue waters as the guide entertains you with interesting tales about the area and its significance during the Roman Empire. You will get ample opportunities to take some amazing pictures as you visit the famous Sorrento Coastal Road.
As you reach Sorrento, your local expert guide will provide tips and suggestions as to what you can do in your free time here, such as, having a delicious lunch of local cuisine at a restaurant, shopping for hand-made sandals and artisanal products in the city’s beautiful ancient alleys or just relaxing at the picturesque panoramic gardens.
Next, you will rejoin the group as your guide escorts you to one of Sorrento’s oldest shops for a delightful drink, Southern Italy’s most renowned Limoncello liqueur. During your Limoncello tasting, you will learn how this famous lemony beverage is produced and the local ingredients that make it so unique.
Ending your tour in Pompeii and Sorrento, you will head back to Rome in the late afternoon. The coach will take you to the train station where your guide will help with your seating arrangements.

This tour ends around 7:10pm at Termini Station.
It is imperative to arrive promptly at the meeting point, at least 15 minutes prior to departure time, in order for our representative to provide train tickets and accompany you to your seats on the train. Late arrivals will not be eligible for a refund.

We are unable to accommodate strollers or baby carriages on the group tour.
Our local guides at Naples' train station will have a City Wonders sign with the name of the tour at the meeting point for easy recognition.

I really very enjoyed the trip. Guide leaders in Pompeii and Sorrento where great also! One comment however is that 2.5h in Pompeii is not sufficient . I think the Pompeii visit...Zeev Hadar
