   This is an awesome museum. It houses an outstanding collection in a very user friendly atmosphere. Sadly the weather was awful, so I didn't get to see much of the gardens, but the museum was excellent. It was easy to see everything in the two....

   The trip was fabulous. The tour made it possible for me to do a lot in the short space of time I had. The hop on spots were easy to find and strategically placed. I was able to take my time at a site when I wanted to and move on if I was not interested in a site. I cannot think of any areas of improvement. The drivers and attendants were curteous and helpful. My experience was so good I ask for an open tour every where I go now... I was very pleased

   I was very happy with my experience with Isango. There was an issue with one of my confimration emails and it was corrected and the correct dates confirmed very shortly after I contacted the office about the problem. I was also able to locate the starting points of my tours easily...I would give this experience a 4 overall...The tours I went on in Florence covered the material I was interested in. The tour guides were well informed and interesting. I was not really sure what to expect for the After Dark tour in Rome but the tour guide was interesting and knowledgeable and it made for a great experience. The only thing I would suggest is possibly adding it the opportunity to go into Santa Croce and the Duomo in Florence as part of the tours....Overall, it was a wonderful trip. The only thing I would suggest is adding the opportunity to enter the Catherdrals in Florence to the tours...I would reccomend Isango to friends who are looking for tours while on vacation...There was a great variety of tours in many different places and they were well priced!!!
