Visit the Evangelical Cathedral, an exemplary piece of Gothic architecture and the tallest building in Transylvania. The son of Vlad the Impaler, Prince Minhea the Evil, was stabbed to death outside the cathedral in 1510 after an uprising by the Wallachian aristocracy. Prince Mihnea the Evil’s tomb can be visited inside the Cathedral.
