Bathing suits and towels can be rented on the spot. Refreshments can also be purchased on spot.

You can safely store your luggage at the Blue Lagoon while bathing.

The water in the Blue Lagoon is rich in silica and may make your stiff for few days. Please apply conditioner before entering the lagoon. Complimentary conditioner is available in the shower area.

Hot water might lead to dehydration; hence drink plenty of water during your visit. 

It is mandatory for children aged 2 to 8 to wear inflatable armbands (aka, ‘floaties’, ‘water wings’) in the lagoon. These are provided free of charge. Also be aware that each guardian is only allowed to supervise two children under the age of 10.

Optional hotel transfers: Pick up is always one and a half hour before the time booked at the Blue Lagoon. For example, if you book for 6pm, you will be picked up at 4:30pm.
