This unique tour offers you a cooking class in the home of Countess Rosabelle in Paris. Born in 1960 on an Alberta ranch, near Calgary, Countess Rosabelle left Canada with her parents -East European aristocrats-at the age of 11, first to North Africa, then to the wonderfully hospitable South-West of France. She became a student in Paris and with a degree in English Literature and Art History, she worked for almost twenty years in the art business before completely changing her professional activity to teaching her "Introduction to French cooking" courses. Taking a cooking class with Rosabelle in her home is a very relaxing and personal experience.
