Itinerary

You will be picked up from your hotel and taken to the tour's starting point at Discover New Zealand Travel Centre, 180 Quay Street, Auckland. Here, you will board a coach with commentary and set out on a sightseeing tour of Auckland.

Harbour Bridge: This 4-lane highway is one of the city's most distinctive landmarks and offers panoramic views of the city.

American Express Viaduct Harbour; Queen Street: Bastion Point :Bastion Point is a coastal piece of land in overlooking the Waitemata Harbour. Bastion point has significance in New Zealand history for its role in 1970s Maori protests against forced land alienation by non Maori New Zealanders. Enjoy the panoramic view of bastion point.

Parnell Village: This area contains some of the best known historic sites in the city. Here you can see the first settlers' houses, church,and cemetery.

Tamaki Drive: Tamaki Drive, a tree-lined waterfront esplanade, runs from the busy container wharves of downtown Auckland to St Heliers Bay. It is a popular recreational area with cyclists and rollerbladers. The drive winds in and out of beautiful bays and past numerous cafes and restaurants. The views of the Harbour and Rangitoto Island are magnificent.

Kelly Tarlton's Antarctic Encounter and Underwater World: Kelly Tarlton's is a wonderland of snow, ice and amazing underwater sights. Underwater passageways allow you to observe a huge variety of sea life in gigantic tanks. Large sharks, gliding stingrays and many species of fish found in New Zealand waters, are above and beside you as the moving floor carries you along.

At the end of the tour, you will be dropped back at your hotel in Auckland.
