Itinerary

For your Discover Auckland Sightseeing Tour you will be picked up from your hotel in Inner Auckland at around 0945h (09:45am). Your friendly driver/guide will provide a fascinating commentary throughout the trip.

See magnificent views of the harbour and cityscape as you drive over the Harbour Bridge.

Visit the famous Auckland landmark of Bastion Point is a coastal piece of land in overlooking the Waitemata Harbour. Bastion point has significance in New Zealand history for its role in 1970s Maori protests against forced land alienation by non Maori New Zealanders. Enjoy the panoramic view of bastion point.

The sightseeing tour also takes in the Auckland Domain, the city's oldest park, which is situated on a 62,000 year old volcano. In addition to these natural features, the tour includes the trendy shopping area of Parnell Village. Here you will make a stop to see the historic buildings that have been transformed into boutiques, antique, craft and specialty shops. Your tour then takes you along the waterfront of Tamaki Drive to Michael Joseph Savage Memorial Park in Mission Bay before returning to Downtown.

At the end of the 3-hour tour, you can choose to be dropped off at the Sky City Coach Terminal or your Auckland hotel from.
