Itinerary

The tour will start from 26, Damrak in Amsterdam. Travelling in a coach and accompanied by a guide, you will travel to Antwerp, where you will see:

The Market Square: Also called the Grote Market, it is town square which many consider a jewel of 16th century architecture. It is surrounded by the Town Hall and the so-called houses of the Guilds or corporations. In the background the tower of Our Lady's Cathedral completes the magnificent view.

The Cathedral: The approximately 120 metre high tower of the Cathedral impresses visitors. A Gothic masterpiece, the Cathedral houses two of Ruben’s masterpieces, the ‘Descent from the Cross’ and the ‘Elevation of the Cross’.

The tour will then take you to Brussels where you will see:

The Royal Palace: The official residence of the King of Belgium.

The tomb of the unknown soldier: A moving memorial situated on the Colonnade of the Congress.

Manneke Pis: A landmark in Brussels. It is a small bronze fountain sculpture depicting a naked little boy urinating.

On the way back to Amsterdam you will stop for a visit to a lace factory.

The tour ends at 26, Damrak.
