Itinerary

There is no hotel pick-up. Please make your way to Senior Frog’s - Entrance, Gran Porto Real Playa del Carmen – Lobby or Playacar Plaza – Gray Line Stand at Main Entrance where you will board your deluxe air-conditioned coach and depart for Xel-Ha. It will take you about 1 ½ hours to arrive at Xel-Ha lagoon, located on the eastern coastline of the Yucatán Peninsula. It is one of the largest natural aquariums in the world. Situated along Rivera Maya, Xel-Ha opens up a world of aquatic adventure. Explore its theme parks and enjoy snorkelling in creeks, lagoons, natural wells and ancient caves fed by subterranean rivers flowing into the Caribbean Sea of the Riviera Maya. All along you will be accompanied by a bilingual guide speaking English and Spanish.

You will be provided with snorkelling equipment to explore the colourful underwater world of the Caribbean Sea. Besides entrance fees to the aquarium park, you can enjoy Mexican, international and fast food, as well as snacks and ice-cream at the local restaurants.

After exploring the brilliant marine life of Xel-Ha, depart from the place at 1700h (05:00 pm). Return to Cancun at around 1830h (06:30 pm) and you will be dropped back to the starting point of the tour.

Last minute changes are free

Things can happen and your plans can change, therefore we have negotiated flexible amendment and cancellation policies. In most cases no fees apply for changing dates up to a day before travel. Also, we are one of the very few companies who will not charge you any admin/ processing fees for cancellations.
