Overview

Explore some of the world’s oldest mountain range, the Grampians and take in the beauty of the region with the Grampian National Park Tour.

Rich with aboriginal history, the sandstone ranges of Grampian boasts of a distinct flora and fauna, dazzling waterfalls and lakes.

You will hike at two of the best lookout points of the region and visit one of the aboriginal cultural centre managed by aboriginal community.

Itinerary

You will be picked from your hotel in Melbourne in a bus to start off the Grampian National Park Tour and will be taken to the Grampians. It is one of the oldest mountain ranges in the world and boasts of a rich aboriginal history. The Grampian National Park has an abundance of native wildlife and an interesting display of flora.

After morning tea, you will head for a walk to the Boroka Lookout, from where you will awed by the sight of the beautiful mountain ranges covered in mist.

Next, you will visit the Brambuk Aboriginal Cultural Centre which is managed by five aboriginal communities with historic links to the surrounding mountain ranges. After exploring the cultural centre, you can savour a lunch at Hall Gaps (not included in the tour).

After spending quality time at the cultural centre, you will head for a hike to Jaws of Death/ Balconies and Reeds lookout which will give you more majestic views that will remain etched in your mind forever.

Before departing for Melbourne, your last stop at the Grampians will be the Mackenzie Falls, where you can relax after the hike and take in the beauty of the region.
