‘The great and the good of the online travel world convened at Clontarf Castle, Dublin on February 20th and 21st to discuss the future for ancillary revenue in online travel. Ryanair and Easyjet, the great pioneers of DIY travel and the selling of ancillary revenue products kicked off proceedings with some of their learnings before the 300 or so assembled delegates heard from a number of high profile suppliers of, and resellers of ‘ancillary products’ – from parking and insurance through to banking services and of course – travel tours, activities and experiences… an early panel session led by our own Jess Butcher, Head of Partnerships.
